Went to this place with a tooth ache. They did X-rays and proceeded to tell me that I have “periodontal disease” and that I needed to come back for deep cleanings every 3 months. They then started the cleaning and the girl was not sympathetic at all to my tooth ache or teeth sensitivity. Scraped my teeth very hard and spray cold water on sensitive teeth for an excessive amount of time even after saying that was uncomfortable. The dentist wasn’t any better, she poked and prodded very hard. About a week later went back for fillings and that experience was a nightmare. I told her that it took a lot to make my mouth numb, she gave me only 2 shots on each side and started anyways. I told her I wasn’t numb and she didn’t care she proceeded anyway. She drilled away while her assistant wiped the tears running down my face with a 4x4. When I finally got out of there I was so relieved to be done because it hurt so bad. I was feeling a lot of oral pain and even more sensitivity that seemed to get worse over time instead of better. I ended up going back a week later because the pain was too much. She then started drilling again with abosolutely no numbing and it hurt even worse than before. I left and never went back. I’m now at a new dentist who is taking exceptional care of me and guess what? I don’t have periodontal disease. They said a lot of dentist are diagnosing their patients with it when they in fact don’t, i believe it must be some kind of insurance fraud or a way to get more money. Obviously i would advise no one to go to this place. I’m sharing this in hopes that I can save someone else from having the nightmarish experience that I had!
