After spending over an hour on the road in rain trying to make it to my appointment I was 20 minutes late. My fault but I have very little extra time budgeted in my day as an attorney and mother of 2. Sorry we can't see you. Oh and it's $50.00 to reschedule. 2 years this company has worked to earn my continued business. In this decision they have forfeited the $$$ they would have made from me and my professional contacts to who I had previously recommended them forever.
