Betty arranged the custom floral wreaths I purchased for my mother’s funeral. She went above and beyond. The arrangements she created looked exactly like the pictures I sent her. They were even more beautiful than the pictures. She even drove to Bowling Green the same day that I made my request in order to buy flowers that she didn’t have in her shop at the time. I didn’t ask her to do this. She just did it. I was truly touched by her extra effort. Thank you so much, Betty.

Answered the phone in 2nd ring. Though I asked for a more expensive bouquet for my wife's birthday, she advised against such a large arrangement. She advised that I didn't want it to resemble a funeral arrangement. Great customer service!
