The worst customer service I've ever experienced. I came in to close an account with Community Trust, Teresa the lady who helped me told me it was done and I was good to go. Come to find out two weeks later.. Teresa didn't close the account at all and it's been a big mess ever since. I understand people make mistakes but this branch is unapologetic for their mistakes, and have treated me like I'm the one who done something wrong. This review has nothing to do with community trust as a whole because the other branches have been more than helpful. This one however, needs help with customer service, and seems to need more training done with their employees.
