If you choose to pay inside, there is always a line. The deli case has a tendency to burn sandwiches (most of which are made in the microwave), and everyone pretends they don't notice. Bathrooms regularly back up, especially the men's. Bits of the free air hose are stolen every couple weeks. Staff are usually nice though.
