The only time that I used Congleton (at the recommendation of my finisher) the driver hit a stone wall that bordered my parking area and destroyed about a six foot section. When I notified the company they denied culpability and refused to repair it because there was no eye witness. If you are going to use them it would be in your best interest to have someone watching them at all time and to document the condition of your property before they arrive.
