We have been working with Romanoff since building our home with Pulte Homes. They are the designated electrical company used during construction. There were multiple issues with Romanoff’s work at the time of move in. Light fixtures were not wired correctly, placed in wrong locations or missing all together. Cable wiring was done incorrectly and missing from multiple locations in the home. Multiple outlets (interior AND exterior) were not wired properly and cannot be used.
Months later, we are still working to get all of the electrical issues solved. Their “service” hours range from 8 am – 4 pm Monday – Friday only. This has caused endless scheduling conflicts as everyone in our household works during the day. On the occasions a Romanoff representative HAS been out to correct their issues, they’ve tracked mud from their work shoes all over the house and have made an absolute mess in the areas they were working (holes in drywall, chipped and scuffed walls, ect.)
