I ditto all the bad experiences!!! The lady could not explain to me what to do with the thin sheet of paper that I thought I was supposed to cover up with. I laid on the towel which is what I thought I was supposed to do and covered up with the thin sheet of paper. She came in the room and ripped the paper off of me leaving me completely uncovered! She kept trying to shove it under me. She had to get her cell phone out and use Google translation, all it said was paper cannot rip?? I couldn't understand her at all she couldn't understand me either. Said no respect for my privacy. As I'm laying in the room right off of the main office, front door, she opens the door to help somebody out front leaving me exposed on the table. She had to use Google translation twice just to explain to me that I was covering up with the paper instead of laying on it. Because I later found out the towels I was laying on we're not clean. And she also removed my towel without asking, leaving me completely exposedI've never had a masseuse rub my buttocks without asking. Then she completely remove the towel and went for a hot towel to wipe me down. And Wiped just about every crevice I had. On my legs, she kept moving the towel, exposing the front side. And rubbing very close to the top of my thighs. I was very uncomfortable and not relaxing at all. I went specifically do you have my hip work done and I could hardly communicate that to her. She continued to disregard my need to be covered. And bringing my knee up and out and around without covering up certain areas. It was horrible. And my hip still hurts. I am wondering if this is not some other type of massage parlor. I repeat do not go here.
