We have been here lots of times, this was the worst. . Waitress has only been here 4 days.. she was having to play as hostess, wait tables and run the register. She rang up some of the food wrong but that is understandable, she is new. However, no one put sugar in the sweet tea.. so I was given unsweetened tea.
The wait for the food was only 15 min. But all of our orders of fries were cold. The cup of chili was COLD too! Was supposed to have cheese and onions and was plain.
The "manager" was the one cooking and the one that served us our cold food! The worst part was the angry look on her face the whole time even before we complained!
We are both previous restaurant managers.
The problem is with Management!!
Perhaps someone that knows what they are doing that "cares" about their job and their customers!
