So glad Pikeville has an Ulta. Finally a store for all your beauty needs! I'm a very frequent customer and I'm never disappointed. Staff is very friendly and well trained. The salon staff is amazing and very knowledgeable. Prices vary and the selection is excellent. We needed this in town!
