I wouldn't recommend for anyone to go here.
I looked at my receipt an it was not orderly, and I could barely read the writing. They allegedly put the oil, and transmission fluid my truck was lacking. When I got home I check it, and they were both low.
I was on the road an had no power steering fluid, due to a leak so I used some transmission fluid an it remained. They claim to have removed the transmission fluid I used to get me home, and charged me for power steering as well. I realized after I had gotten home that there was no power steering fluid, only the transmission fluid I had put in it for my ride home.
I had some valve covers replaced, and the man at the front desk says he didn't even take it out of the parking lot for a test drive. So I'm not sure how reasonable that is. I soon found out that, I still had my issue when I drove home with no brake lights and turn signals. That issue was occurring before I left the shop, and they let me ride out of there with that problem. They would've known my signals weren't working properly from the signal engager in my dash board, showing if they are working correctly.
I told my grandmother about my leaking problem in my engine an she called Vaughn's again. & they told her for me to bring the truck back up there on veterans day, and she already knew ahead of time they were closed on that day so it's un-telling what they had in mind, and she wasn't about to have me back there again.
The good things that have come from these people;
*Rotors replaced
*New radiator installment
*New plugs
Before you leave this shop, make sure your receipt matches with what you're expecting.
They will write things down without following through with their work in my experience.
