Don't get me wrong I love my new car but my experience with Ft Mitchell hasn't been good there custom service isn't good at all.This is my first Mercedes I've been driving a Cadillac and had the best service for the pass 15 years a Mercedes has been my dream car for as long as i can remember but I'm disappointed with service.They treated me good when they wanted me to purchase the car but I've had a couple of times I've needed there service and I feel like I wasn't as important as i was before purchase. Just very disappointed
