While heading to visit my husband's grave, I was sooooo excited to tell him that the tombstone he wanted, when he was alive , would soon be coming; BUT, when I get there, I see that he ALREADY has a tombstone!! All without my permission or knowledge. smh. I, the wife and Administrator over his estate, will not be able to get a refund on mine because it's already made. I will be filing a complaint with the Better Business Bureau and Small Claims Court about this business. It's really sad when a business, such as this, has no compassion or empathy.
